Forms for donating materials to OCTA's Western Overland Trails Collection at the California State Library in Sacramento are now available in PDF format. You will need the Adobe Acrobat Reader freeware to view the file. If you don't have Acrobat Reader on your computer just click on the icon above to download the latest version from Adobe's website.
IN ADOBE READER Click here to bring up the Donation Forms PDF file. With the Donation Forms PDF file displayed, you can either click on the File button or click on the Printer Icon. Both are located in the upper left of the Adobe Reader Window. If you clicked on the File button, a menu will appear on the screen. When it does, click on the Print option. The Print Menu will appear on the screen. This menu includes a Print Range option. Click on the All option if you want to print all seven pages of the Donation Forms. Or, click on Current View or Current Page if you want to print only the page that is currently displayed in the Reader window. You can also select a page to print by using the Pages from: ____ to: ____ option. To determine which page to print, look at the bottom border of the Adobe Reader Window. In the middle of the border is a box showing which page is on the screen and how many pages there are in the file. For example, if the first page of the file is on the screen, the box will show "1 of 7" indicating you are looking at page 1 and that there are 7 pages in the file. On either side of the page-identification box are left- and right-pointing arrows. These arrows can be used to scroll through the file. The arrows with the bar next to them can be used to scroll to the end or the beginning of the file. If you have any questions about how to complete one or more of the forms, call Dick Davis at 1-415-492-2557.
